I was deeply touched by the participation of the lay faithful during the Eucharistic celebration. I congratulate all the Syro-Malabarians in Qatar for having built such a marvelous church fully in time with the Syro-Malabar tradition. Really our father in faith St. Thomas, was with you that attempt. I am really pleased to say that Fr. Johnson and Fr. Simon are well received and accepted by the community. Your hospitality is marvelous. I really enjoyed my stay here. The entire atmosphere of this house, also well blessed by a beautiful chapel is excellent. The apostolic identity of the Syro-Malabar tradition is rather well maintained here. The entire pastoral approach you have developed here is notable. I together with my secretary, Fr. Benny Mathew was here for almost a week. We really enjoyed our stay here. Appreciating all of you, I once again say this ecclesial spirit and hospitality are the best pillars of Pastoral work.
